The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing solutions, providing international support (first and second level), coordinating third-level support with partners, creating documentation, and training users. You will be part of the "Application Ownership Team" reporting to the Manager of Business Applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with CAD applications, preferably Autodesk tools
• Background in construction or industrial engineering (advantageous)
• Didactic skills for training and supporting internal customers
• Customer and service-oriented mindset
• Independent, structured working style
• Team player with good communication skills
• Languages: English (C1), German (B2, nice to have)
