Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team; oversee recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Develop cross-product marketing strategies, including short- and long-term planning, and present in relevant committees
• Design and coordinate the implementation of marketing plans and activities across the entire marketing mix, including omnichannel initiatives, within the BU
• Develop and communicate product strategies (brand plans) and related initiatives cross-functionally
• Manage marketing activities and budgets effectively
• Collaborate with local and global teams, including participation in Brand Working Groups with the BU
• Ensure integration of Customer 360 activities and insights into strategic and tactical marketing efforts
• Contribute to BU projects aimed at enhancing marketing and sales quality

Requirements

• University degree and qualification according to §75 AMG
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in oncology
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (both technical and disciplinary)
• Experience in pharma sales is a plus
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Experience working within a matrix organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both oral and written
• Strong analytical and project planning skills
• High initiative, enthusiasm, creativity, and motivation
