We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new EU Digitalization Support Engineer!

What does an EU Digitalization Support Engineer do?

This role allows you to engage in the most rewarding part of our work – contributing to the hunger for sustainable energy!

In your daily responsibilities, you will:

  1. Review complex issues involving multiple components of products (e.g., Dynamic 365, SAP) and communicate with customers to understand and resolve their issues. Keep customers informed about the status and solutions.
  2. Perform complex troubleshooting of products, collaborating with level-2 support and development teams to resolve incidents related to configuration, code, or other service deficiencies impacting customers.
  3. Act as an advisor to customers, handling complex, repeat, or escalated cases, including those that may be politically sensitive. Create and update technical articles or knowledge base content for internal or customer use. Provide education to help customers understand issues and prevent future problems.
  4. Gather and pre-analyze daily requirements from EU business teams, categorizing and prioritizing them from a regional perspective.
  5. Work with HQ Digital IT business partners to develop and optimize system demonstration clips, adhering to business SOPs.
  6. Collaborate with HQ digital IT partners to assess, prioritize, and implement requirements, including resource planning and solution delivery.
Your profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in technical support, consulting, or information technology.
  3. Experience with SAP (SD module is mandatory) and Dynamic 365 is a plus.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
