Job Description:

In order to support the Supply Chain and Logistics, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Working Student within Supply Chain and Logistics (d/f/m). As a working student, you will gain in-depth insight into the Supply Chain and Logistics A400M department for a German Air Force customer.

Location: Manching

Start: as soon as possible

Duration: 1 year

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support digitalization and the creation of a Knowledge Management Tool
• Execute material operations in accordance with customer contract requirements, coordinating with the Material Support Centre of Competence
• Manage warehouse activities, repairs, warranty claims, retrofit, DR, QUA, TAB, inbound & outbound flows, ensuring quality and export compliance for spares and AGEs
• Resolve operational issues daily alongside relevant teams and stakeholders
• Handle flows in ERP systems such as SAP, MDNPro, and SASPF related to the contract

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
• Programming skills in C or C++ are a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Driven, motivated, and proactive
• Strong coordination and organizational skills; ability to interact with stakeholders
• Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and practical solutions
• High attention to detail and rigor to ensure service quality
• Advanced German and English skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as a team player
