Our client: a leading Chinese med-tech group, mainly producing interventional products (Peripheral, Vascular, Cardio, Neuro, Oncology, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new customers, establish a strong brand image for the company. Meet or exceed sales quotas for Lifetech Group’s products within assigned accounts or territories.
- Handle administrative functions such as time management, weekly call activities, expense reports, new business development, and follow-up on special requests.
- Build and develop contacts with existing and potential customers, participate in cathlab procedures and post-market studies.
- Negotiate procurement, pricing, and tenders for Lifetech Group’s products with hospitals or buying groups, following company guidelines and in consultation with the sales supervisor.
- Investigate new applications or improvements for existing products.
- Monitor inventory levels, including consignment stock and expiry dates within the sales territory.
- Assist in preparing sales plans, campaigns, business strategies, and product development initiatives, including therapy awareness programs to expand business.
- Provide market intelligence to sales management and contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning.
- Conduct study initiation visits at new clinical centers and monitor ongoing activities.
- Assist in preparing hospital tenders to increase business opportunities.
- Maintain technical proficiency and consult with customers regarding product usage.
- Demonstrate products and train customers and staff on their use, following device instructions.
- Collect procedure information within the territory and organize case coverage as needed.
Skills Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in medical device sales or a background as a nurse; a bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacology, biology, or related fields is preferred.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent relationships with local KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
