Position Overview

As our IT Global Head of Business Systems and Applications (f/m/d), you will lead the strategic direction, governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of our global ERP and Enterprise Applications landscape. Your role ensures alignment with corporate strategies, optimizes business processes through technology, and maximizes ROI.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategy: Develop and execute the global ERP & Enterprise Applications roadmap, aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
• Vision & Architecture: Drive technology selection and ensure a robust system architecture aligned with standards.
• Leadership & Culture: Lead and develop global teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI maximization.
• Governance: Establish and enforce security and governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and KPIs.
• Demand Management: Align system improvements with business needs, overseeing demand, risk, and change management.
• Project Management: Support and manage large-scale ERP and application projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Operational Excellence: Continuously optimize processes for efficient IT operations and business transformation.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience managing global SAP ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Strong strategic orientation combined with operational rigor and attention to detail.
• Deep knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and business process optimization best practices.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate diverse global teams.
• Excellent budget management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level); German is a plus.
