HSE Officer – Onshore Wind Projects (Europe)

Location : Multiple Onshore Sites Across Europe

Contract Type : Freelance / Project-Based / Full-Time

Attractive Day Rates + Expenses Paid

Start Date : Immediate / Ongoing Projects

We’re on the lookout for proactive and experienced HSE Officers with a solid background in wind energy to support our growing portfolio of onshore wind projects across Europe. If you're passionate about creating safe, compliant, and efficient work environments, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities :

• Oversee and implement Health, Safety & Environmental policies on active wind farm construction and maintenance sites
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety audits
• Monitor compliance with local legislation, client HSE standards, and best practices
• Investigate incidents and support root cause analysis with detailed reporting
• Promote a strong safety culture among site teams and contractors
• Work closely with site managers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure a safe working environment

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Experience as an HSE Officer in the renewable energy or construction sector (wind experience strongly preferred)
• Relevant HSE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent)
• Valid GWO certifications (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of EU HSE regulations and site safety practices
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
• Excellent communication, reporting, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to travel across Europe and work in remote onshore environments
