Job Description

As an CO process expert, you will be responsible for cross-application consulting and the implementation of CO template processes. You will support adjacent process areas such as quality, development, production, logistics, investments, and the RB (Robert Bosch) central areas.

You will serve as a competent contact person, supporting Bosch Home Comfort Group's legal entities in system migration from SAP R3 to S4/HANA, including integration with corporate headquarters systems.

Your role includes defining process and solution designs, documenting implementations, leading worldwide roll-outs, and supporting and training key users globally.

You will operate confidently in an international project environment, contribute significantly to IT projects like SAP/R3 and S4/HANA, and collaborate regularly with other process areas and finance functions within Bosch.

Additionally, you will actively support the transformation in finance and controlling areas through your expertise.

Qualifications

• Completed (specialist) university degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field.
• Extended process know-how in controlling, consulting, and application knowledge in SAP ERP/R3 and S4/HANA for the CO module, along with experience in adjacent process areas.
• Experience in capturing process requirements, process chain design, project management (PEP and agile methods), and project implementation.
• Excellent moderation, communication, and documentation skills.

Personality and Work Style

• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and flexibility in deployment.
• Analytical thinking and strategic mindset to maintain overview during ramp-up phases.

Work Routine

• Willingness to travel and ability to work in a hybrid model (office twice a week).
• Enthusiasm for new challenges.

Languages

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
