Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging relevant neurological target groups and opinion leaders in clinics, preferably university clinics, outpatient centers, and high-potential practices.
  • Maintaining and expanding a reliable KOL and expert network within the therapy area.
  • Responsible for sustainable sales development in your assigned region.
  • Developing strategies for patient outreach in close collaboration with marketing.
  • Communicating with health policy partners and self-help groups.
  • Planning, executing, and reviewing sales activities independently.
  • Implementing targeted marketing and sales strategies.
  • Conducting regional and performance analyses.
  • Monitoring market and competitive developments.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience as a pharmaceutical representative, preferably with field experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in neurology.
  • Successfully completed scientific studies, preferably with a doctorate.
  • High affinity for complex medical topics.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented working style.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High willingness to travel.
  • Very good IT skills (CRM, MS Office) and enthusiasm for digital customer communication.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience in marketing orphan drugs and/or in neurology is a plus.
