Job Description:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market strategies for advertising solutions in the DACH region. Sitting within the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will collaborate closely with major clients, in-market sales teams, and product marketing teams at headquarters and across Europe in a high-growth environment. Key skills include self-motivation, prioritization, and the ability to influence partners and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in a product marketing role. This is a full-time position based in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own TikTok's web performance products' go-to-market strategies and drive revenue and product adoption in DACH for Travel, Auto, and Finance sectors.
  2. Become the in-market product expert by partnering with the sales team and major clients to understand customer pain points, product needs, and business requirements.
  3. Ensure a market- and client-centric approach by working closely with major advertisers to increase product adoption, identify blockers, and find growth opportunities.
  4. Represent the voice of the market within the product team, synthesizing market insights, and collaborating with product and regional/global teams to develop solutions.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams on product go-to-market and adoption strategies, including narratives, solution packages, best practices, and recommendations.
  6. Develop sales education strategies and collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain high product knowledge standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in media marketing or product marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Expertise in media sales and paid social media performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the German media market and ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Customer-oriented with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting aggressive performance targets.
  • Fast learner with sound judgment, original thinking, and adaptability to change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry expertise in Travel, Auto, or Finance sectors.
  • Fluent in German.
