Controller (m/w/d)

• Location: Müllheim i. M. near Freiburg
• Full-time
• Department: Administration

As a Controller, you will act as a sparring partner and business partner for the specialist departments and top management.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in annual budget planning, especially regarding personnel costs and FTE planning
• Build and develop personnel controlling, including reporting and analysis of personnel costs and KPIs
• Support the development of production controlling and cost accounting
• Contribute to cost center planning and conduct area discussions
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses in production and personnel
• Actively participate in national and international projects

Your Profile

• A successfully completed commercial degree
• Initial professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the mechanical engineering industry
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and confident handling of an ERP system
• Customer orientation, high independence, and a responsible working style
• Strong analytical thinking skills and proficient English language skills
• Excellent communication skills and high team orientation
