Monitors daily operations of a unit and actively assists, or provides direction to, subordinates as required. Performs ongoing operational tasks of organizational units. Manages projects to improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversees compliance with established procedures
2. Administers and executes policies and procedures that affect individual employees
3. Directs daily activities and assesses performance of employees to ensure efficient operations
4. Meets discrete goals within established criteria (time, cost, quality)
5. Interacts with others at same level, and one level above and below, to ensure continuity and efficiency
6. Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/materials
7. Leads small to medium projects as assigned
8. Provides feedback and coaching to employees

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree in related field
2. Preference for working with, and through, people
3. Successful track record of performance in chosen field
4. 1-3 years relevant work experience
5. 1-3 years supervisory experience
