Responsibilities

Make an impact. In addition to the overall mission of your role, you will:

• Work on exciting development projects, testing new ideas on real-life test facilities or with 3D simulation systems.
• Consult other business units within Swisslog with your logistics and solution design expertise.
• Provide training to regional solution designers.
• Gather requirements and verify concepts and solution designs with global stakeholders as part of an international team.
• Support discussions between internal suppliers of different sub-systems to align on interfaces.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed:

• Successfully completed a Master’s Degree in Logistics, Business Engineering, or System Engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in Logistics and Fulfillment consulting, logistics operations management, operations consulting, business modeling, or solution design.
• Experience in Process engineering, concept development, visualization, and developing MS Excel models (ROI, Flow, Stock).
• Ideally, experience in Intra-Logistics operations, Automated Material Handling Equipment, and Warehouse Management Software.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to structure complex information for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~20%) to Swisslog locations.
