Grand Seiko Sales / Visual Merchandising / Training Coordinator DACH
- Follow up and achieve the sales budget (in unit and value) in the area concerned under the guidance of the ASM
- Ensure the right presence and environment of the brand at the POS level and its eco system (phygital)
- Monitor and ensure the quality and quantity of the stock level at the POS
- Represent the brand throughout the area concerned, and be responsible for the same in terms of quality and quantity regarding the way the brand and products are marketed
- Follow up, coordinate and liaise between POS and the Physical Distribution department on logistic aspect
- Coordination of watches orders especially during launch periods
- Support market with material and services from local headquarters for product launch, events and promotion
- Feed the latest information on activities, promotions, material availability to POS
- General Administrative work, business analysis, filling

- Analyze and report market trends and competitor activity
Brand curation
- Ensure the communication strategy of the Brand is cohesively and properly shared / applied within the Market and our various platforms (medias, authorized dealers…)
- Organize and attend various events to support sales, marketing, overall brand education and awareness
- Brand Ambassador and GS VM referent
- Monitor compliance with retail agreements and brand guidelines
Training
- Conduct seminars / training for retail partners and Boutiques
- Use the WHS and Retail merchandising technical training book and e tools under the guidance of the GSE brand curation
- Presence on training sessions to train on the brand's Merchandising rules
Events
- Merchandising of the showcases (upstream merch plan with the HQ and the Event team)
- During sales Pop-Up events, implantation of watches according to a defined merch plan
- Explanation to guests about the brand and products during events
Requirement
- Fluent in verbal and written in German / English and ideally French
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the watchmaking world and technologies
- Basic understanding of how to market luxury consumer goods (Ads, sales, distribution, pricing, communication, PR and POSM)
- Ability to work in a team, and to take adequate decisions
- Able to travel (Germany / Austria / CH)
