We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager based in Germany to join our Global HPC Professional Services team.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to leverage your experience in a dynamic, complex organization, delivering projects across major customer sites.

This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in Germany.

In this role, you will manage one or more projects concurrently, overseeing schedule, budget, and resources. Projects typically last from 3 months to several years and may involve third-party resources. The primary customer base is in Germany, but you will work with a global team and manage projects worldwide as needed. Proficiency in English and German is required.

You will apply fundamental to advanced project management skills to plan, monitor, and close projects. Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying project dependencies
  • Creating WBS and monitoring progress against baseline
  • Monitoring project budget versus original costs
  • Developing and executing risk management strategies
  • Communicating project status
  • Travel to client sites (25-40%) within Germany and internationally may be required
Skills and Qualifications Required:
  • At least 3 years of technical project management experience, preferably in IT and high-performance computing services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMBoK, PRINCE2, PMI, PMP)
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to lead small to large teams and collaborate with stakeholders, including third-party suppliers
  • Professional writing skills for reports and communication
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office
  • Experience translating user requirements into technical specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional project management certifications
