Position details:

We are looking for a Junior HR Manager to join our dynamic People & Places team, focusing on administrative HR tasks.

What you will contribute:
  • Supporting employees in personnel matters
  • Drafting employment contracts and agreements related to onboarding and departure
  • Preparing and following up on monthly payroll with external providers
  • Collaborating on HR projects and with HR Development
  • Serving as a contact for employment law, contract design, and HR issues
  • Reporting and certification to tax and social security authorities
  • Managing our HR tool (Personio)
What you need to bring:
  • A degree focused on HR or equivalent training in HR administration
  • 1–2 years of experience in personnel administration or payroll
  • Knowledge of labour, payroll tax, and social security law is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in German and English (min. C1)
