Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with our goals;
2. Optimize inventory management, production planning, and logistics operations;
3. Manage relationships with suppliers of ingredients and packaging materials;
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs;
5. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards;
6. Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Sales teams to balance supply with demand.

YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE...

• Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in food production and/or demand planning.
• Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, ideally with a focus on data analysis and operational systems.
• Technical and Analytical Skills: Strong expertise in analyzing complex datasets, developing operational frameworks, experience with supply chain technologies.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, align diverse stakeholders, and communicate effectively across levels.
• Operational Agility: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
