Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, passionate Retail Artist (full-time) with a love for clean, luxury beauty to educate clients on Gucci Westman’s makeup philosophy and provide exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Provide welcoming, personalized, professional service to all customers.
2. Assist customers with product selection, application, and shade recommendations.
3. Stay updated on Westman Atelier products and education; participate in training sessions.
4. Maintain proper hygiene during demonstrations.
5. Consistently follow up with clients and maintain effective clienteling.
6. Achieve sales targets and KPIs for AUS and IPT.
7. Report out-of-stock items and ensure timely replenishment.
8. Maintain cleanliness of the counter and testers.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in beauty.
• Experience in makeup artistry or luxury skincare is a plus, but eager learners are welcome.
