Responsibilities

• Build a new customer portfolio in the German / European market by delivering logistics solutions to satisfy customer's specific logistical needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Work towards maintaining established sales goals and targets.
• Identify and pursue potential new accounts.
• Frequently meet with potential and existing customers to market the business and strengthen relationships.
• Communicate customers’ needs and concerns by giving feedback from meetings.
• Conduct research to identify customer needs.
• Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate business activities; develop customized logistics strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintain short- and long-term business development plans.

Needs to have:

• Proven ability to create new customer bases in the logistics industry.
• Good understanding of industry, sales, and account management.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Attention to organization and details.
• Self-motivated person with determination and a drive to succeed.
