  1. Order Management: Regularly check fulfillment status of E-Commerce orders and address errors.
  2. Exception Handling: Work closely with logistics partners to resolve issues effectively.
  3. Collection Launches: Create and organize product collections for cohesive presentation.
  4. Customer Experience: Assist in implementing merchandising strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Customer and Partner Interactions: Respond professionally to B2C and B2B inquiries, representing our brand.
  6. Process Improvement: Collaborate on enhancing customer service tools and processes.
  7. Data Analysis: Gather and analyze customer service data for insights.
  8. Customer Feedback Management: Research reviews and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Customer Service Guidelines: Regularly update our service guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential.
  • Available for 10 hours/week, preferably spread over 3 days.
  • Background or current enrollment in Business Administration, Communications, Service Management, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • Experience in E-Commerce, Customer Service, Sales, or related roles.
  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Zendesk is a plus.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments is advantageous.
