Your responsibilities include:
- Order Management: Regularly check fulfillment status of E-Commerce orders and address errors.
- Exception Handling: Work closely with logistics partners to resolve issues effectively.
- Collection Launches: Create and organize product collections for cohesive presentation.
- Customer Experience: Assist in implementing merchandising strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Customer and Partner Interactions: Respond professionally to B2C and B2B inquiries, representing our brand.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate on enhancing customer service tools and processes.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze customer service data for insights.
- Customer Feedback Management: Research reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service Guidelines: Regularly update our service guidelines.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential.
- Available for 10 hours/week, preferably spread over 3 days.
- Background or current enrollment in Business Administration, Communications, Service Management, E-Commerce, or related fields.
- Experience in E-Commerce, Customer Service, Sales, or related roles.
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Zendesk is a plus.
- Experience in fast-paced environments is advantageous.
