Project Manager (Cohort - Oncology) (M/F/D)

Tasks:

• Organize compound review meetings with agendas, minutes, and SharePoint documentation
• Manage pre-meeting data collection and ensure timely follow-up on action items
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and milestones to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time delivery
• Maintain project artifacts, including timelines, RAID logs, and charters
• Track budget status, team capacity, and delivery performance

Qualification:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience of at least 3 years in business management functions in mid-sized/large international companies, authorities or associations
• Experience in standard business computer applications (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet)
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry

Requirements:

Start: 02.06.2025

Duration: 12 months

Capacity: 5 days per week

Location: 100% remote (client is in Germany Bavaria)
