Your Role – What to Expect
As the Team Lead in AIS Sales, you will take on both technical and disciplinary leadership of the sales team for one of our products. Together with your team, you will be responsible for the commercial development of our customer portfolios in the outpatient healthcare market. You will combine leadership, sales excellence, and strategic advancement to achieve sustainable market success.

Your Responsibilities – What You Will Achieve

  • Leadership & Coaching: Technical and disciplinary leadership of a sales team focused on performance, growth, and motivation.
  • Strategic Sales Management: Responsibility for achieving team goals (revenue, growth, churn, penetration), including systematic scaling.
  • Go-to-Market: Implementation of go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and cross/up-selling strategies in close collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Sales Excellence: Establishment of modern sales standards, methodologies (e.g., value selling), and CRM-based management practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with other functions (e.g., customer service, product team).
  • Strategic Development: Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in the sales model, including new SaaS products and AI-based solutions.

Your Profile – What You Bring

  • Sales Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the eHealth sector, preferably in the software/SaaS environment or system house business.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Understanding of Healthcare: Insight into the requirements of outpatient service providers and their digitalization needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret KPIs, market analyses, and forecasts and translating them into actions.
  • Technical Affinity: Interest in digital solutions, SaaS models, and modern software products.
  • Communication Skills: Strong in moderation, coaching, and stakeholder management at various levels.
  • Languages: Excellent German and English language skills.
