Your role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Category Manager Tea to drive our product development initiatives within the dynamic global tea market. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end process of creating and enhancing innovative tea products – from initial concept through to successful market launch.

  1. Own and manage Sunday’s tea category, driving growth through innovative product development and portfolio optimization – from start to finish!
  2. Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to bring new products from concept to market launch
  3. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the global supplement space
  4. Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
  5. Collaborate closely with eCommerce and digital marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning in online FMCG channels
  6. Monitor product performance post-launch, recommending enhancements and lifecycle strategies
  7. Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements for dietary supplements
Your profile
  1. Proven experience (5+ years) in Category Management or Product Development within the dietary / food supplements, nutraceuticals, or broader FMCG sector
  2. Deep knowledge of Tea and related health & wellness products
  3. Strong understanding of the online retail environment and digital consumer behavior – retail experience is a plus!
  4. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution as well as excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  5. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  6. Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements
