In the role of Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will have a lot of creative freedom and can really make a difference. You will work with the team to centrally set up, manage, and optimize all performance marketing measures of the group (several countries & brands).

1. You develop Google Ads campaigns (focus: search) for the French market, strategically and operationally.
2. You also like to incorporate Microsoft Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn if it fits.
3. You test, analyze, and optimize, always with an eye on the user funnel and performance.
4. You work closely with colleagues from Marketing & Sales in Germany and France.
5. You craft ads that are not only clickable but also convincing.
6. You analyze KPIs and derive measures that make a difference.

Your profile :

1. You speak and write French at native speaker level (C2).
2. You have a good knowledge of German (at least B2).
3. You have experience with Google Ads Search and ideally other PPC channels.
4. You can manage several projects simultaneously and always keep a clear head.
5. You work in a structured, creative way and love data-driven marketing.
