Wolt, part of DoorDash (NASDAQ:DASH), is looking for top talent to play a pivotal role in building our business in Germany. We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager (w/m/d) to establish relationships with the largest Retailers in the region. Join us in our global mission to empower and grow local economies!

About the Team

The Enterprise Business Development team is an international group of passionate sales and relationship managers focused on strategic partnerships in Germany. Responsibilities include acquiring and leading the rollout of new brands, expanding existing partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our offerings for partners and end customers.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Build relationships with top Retailers across Germany, engaging at C-level and securing buy-in from key stakeholders in categories like Groceries and Convenience.
  • Identify the needs of partners, prioritize them internally by impact, and co-create solutions with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead GTM strategies, aligning partner and Wolt stakeholders for launch deadlines, ensuring readiness of Marketing, PR, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Engage partners in joint innovation to enable digital transformation and improve customer experience in e-commerce, focusing on Food and non-Food products.
  • Maintain high engagement levels with potential customers, understand their challenges, and serve as the voice of the customer to guide product development and improvements.

We're excited about you because you...

  • Are fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Tech/E-Commerce Business Development, preferably within the Retail industry and the German market, with a strong network of contacts.
  • Have a proven track record of engaging and negotiating at C-Level.
  • Can transform broad challenges or opportunities into structured projects with clear milestones, working effectively with international and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Are a self-starter, reliable team player, capable of managing multiple projects with a results-oriented approach.
  • Have a passion for analytics, with experience in advanced Excel and analytical tools like Looker.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, adapting communication tone to different audiences.
