Job Purpose/Role

• Critically analyze existing processes and structures, and develop optimization proposals.
• Identify potential for process optimization through digitization and automation, and develop implementation ideas.
• Support the further development of existing tools and processes for evaluating RDE measurements.
• Assist in analyzing errors within a fault correction process.
• Develop and enhance VBA-based tools and Power BI/Power Apps/Power Automate solutions.
• Create scripts for automatic data analysis using the Post-Processing software AVL Concerto.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in a technical field such as Business Informatics or similar.
• Knowledge and experience in process digitization and automation.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in VBA, C, C#, or Java.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and working with databases, preferably SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Structured and independent work style.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and persuade others.
