Your Tasks

1. Optimize voice-based customer products and self-services on platforms: online banking, app, call center.
2. Develop technical concepts for our services in the field of conversational AI, translate requirements into user stories for new products and processes, and address run & change topics to demonstrate how it’s done.
3. Take a forward-looking approach to stakeholder management, think about governance topics, and work directly with IT engineers.
4. Manage our backlog in an agile manner, recognize optimization potentials, and always keep an eye on the market and quality when searching for new solutions and innovations.
5. You can be relied upon in process optimization and leave your footprint.
6. Whether it’s business or IT, customer perspective or bank perspective – you bring it into a practical and innovative balance.

Your Profile

1. Studies in economics or a comparable qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience at the interface between business and IT, with initial contact points with virtual assistant platforms.
3. Practical experience in creating user stories, agile project work, and process design.
4. Ideally, initial experience in Google conversational dialogues or know-how in building tools and systems.
5. Team player with a hands-on mentality, innovative and agile mindset.
6. Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to think across departments and conceptually.
8. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
