Job Description

As a Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will represent the brand image and values and have full responsibility for managing store operations and leading the team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sales.
2. Motivate, mentor, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Control costs and manage store operations such as stock, payroll, administration, and rotas.
4. Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating the District Manager on action plans.
5. Analyze commercial data and take appropriate actions to meet KPIs.
6. Assist with team training and share product knowledge.
7. Recruit and induct high-caliber team members passionate about denim.
8. Demonstrate passion for the brand and embody our values.
9. Manage and develop your team effectively, with a proven track record in a fast-paced retail environment.
10. Understand HR policies and processes.
11. Manage store operations, stock, and administrative duties efficiently.
