Responsibilities

• Join our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services team as soon as possible and ensure the integrity of the production of active substances and crop protection products with us.
• You will take over the operational control of change management in our internal database as a Management of Change coordinator.
• Assist in further developing and optimizing the Management of Change (MoC) processes and share best practices.
• Provide first-level support for our global MoC community, build and maintain a network, and monitor and report on MoC activities.
• Train the MoC community on MoC processes and document processes and tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree in natural sciences or a technical field
• First experience in quality management and regulatory environment is beneficial
• Experience with standard IT applications; knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage
• Organized, precise, with high customer orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus
