What you are responsible for

  • Making us famous - we are E.ON's digital & technology in-house consulting “Expert Services” and you will help us to turn strangers into fans.
  • Driving our positioning within the E.ON Group, communicating what makes us unique, and creating awareness and desire for our offerings.
  • Creating understanding of what the client wants and needs, and connecting this to our offerings.
  • Spreading the news by generating well-understood success stories and telling them to the right audiences.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy and ensuring its successful implementation – from overall positioning to compelling pitch stories.
  • Translating strategies into tangible impact and managing everyday tasks (e.g., copywriting, visual storytelling, campaign supervision) independently.
  • You know how to engage hearts and minds, helping us to enhance our client communications capabilities in a technology-driven organization.

What you are good at

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing and communications, with a strong background in professional services.
  • Ability to develop a compelling brand vision and bring it to life across multiple channels and media.
  • Strong strategic mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to marketing activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills in English and German.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
