The Sales Academy Associate (f/m/d) will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business with existing and new customers. This role empowers our customers to achieve their full potential by understanding their strategies, business goals, and desired outcomes, thereby driving cloud revenue growth through dedicated sales efforts to solve their business challenges by positioning value through our solutions.
Within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, your responsibilities include:
The program will enhance your knowledge of SAP and the Customer Success area, providing professional experience to prepare you for serving our customers. We offer full-time employment from day one, with practical learning applications. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a direct customer-facing sales role in your market, continuing to receive mentoring and coaching to support your growth.

SAP employees worldwide are enabled to perform their best with a flexible mix of office and remote work, following country-specific guidelines. Typically, our hybrid setup involves three days per week in the office or onsite with customers or partners.
We plan to include a practical, immersive component, involving 4–6 weeks across two trips to San Ramon, California, designed for hands-on learning and networking. This is still in planning; final details will be confirmed in early 2025, with ample notice provided. During these phases, full engagement is essential, and vacations should be planned outside the specified periods: March 1 – May 30, 2025, and August 11 – October 17, 2025. Dates are subject to change.
