Are you open, communicative, and passionate about working with a diverse range of customers to help them with their IT challenges? Then join our Customer Support Team as a Customer Support Specialist (all genders), satisfying our customers by delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Support our existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket, and chat.
  2. Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges.
  3. Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department.
  4. Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers.
Requirements
  • University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training.
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
  • Some experience working with customers and/or in sales, e.g., internships.
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people.
