Job Description:

What you'll do

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Data strategy aligned with sales objectives.
2. Identify opportunities for Customer Data enhancements and innovations to enable additional sales and drive business growth.
3. Lead the Data Integration workstream to develop a data migration strategy and plan to meet integration demands and timelines.
4. Partner with dx, SBU, and AQS teams to successfully cleanse and migrate data to the new CRM.
5. Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of customer data platforms and relevant tools.
6. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data across all HAT platforms and tools, including the new CRM platform.
7. Develop data governance policies and practices to maintain high data quality.
8. Manage the Customer Data budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
