Join icon incar as a Senior UI Designer in Stuttgart and be part of shaping the future of mobility by designing next-generation interfaces in collaboration with renowned automotive brands. You will be a key member of our international UI Design team, translating high-level concepts into visually compelling digital experiences with attention to detail.

What will you do?

• Lead visual design projects from exploration to market launch.
• Guide the team to develop innovative, client-specific design solutions from scratch.
• Manage client expectations and ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Create and evaluate high-quality visual designs.
• Mentor junior designers and promote collaborative learning.

Who are you?

You possess a strong design sense, adaptability, and enjoy collaborative work. To succeed, you should have:

• A degree in design and a strong creative mindset.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital UI design.
• Experience leading projects and guiding teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop (advanced skills required).
• Nice-to-have skills include Cinema 4D, After Effects, ProtoPie, and Rive.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English and located in Stuttgart.
