Team Assistant (m/f/x) Europe Supply Chain Management
Part-time (20 hours/ week)

The position:

Are you an organized and proactive professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? Join our Europe Supply Chain Management team as a Team Assistant (m/f/x) in part-time, where you will provide essential administrative and logistical support, ensuring smooth operations in line with our company standards and procedures. Reporting directly to the Head of Europe Supply Chain Management, you will support line managers and the team with competence and autonomy, keeping track of all relevant processes and acting with foresight.

Role & responsibilities:

Administrative support, e.g. in procurement processes (PR/Pos) in SAP including fact-checking and approval of electronic invoices

Support of cost Budget and Forecast processes, monitoring of cost development for all Europe SCM cost centers

Contracting: support in contract/SLA preparation, sending out and tracking of contracts, contract filing (online and DSE archive) - preparation of transparency lists a.o.

Organization of internal and external meetings (e.g. annual meetings, offsite meeting, global SC meetings in Europe…)

Support for business travel organization and expense claims

Onboarding of new colleagues with regards to equipment and access rights

Managing projects e.g. moving of department, intranet appearance of the department, department presentations

Professional experience & education:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Hands-on experience with SAP is desired. Ability to create purchase orders, track budgets, and manage electronic invoices within the SAP system.

High level of integrity with the ability to handle and protect sensitive and confidential information.

Proven track record of dependability, punctuality, and consistently performing duties to a high standard. Ability to meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and be a trusted team member.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain performance levels in challenging situations.

Proactive with a keen attention to detail. Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong mindset to partner with the business.

Positive attitude with strong aptitude to create a positive environment.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken another European language is a plus.
