Responsibilities

  • Act as contact person for all departments regarding material and production planning as well as order management
  • Lead regular sales, inventory, and operations planning meetings (SIOP) and coordinate with relevant interfaces, e.g., sales and production
  • Manage the RCCP process (Rough Cut Capacity Planning)
  • Ensure achievement of DIO (Days Inventory on Hand) targets
  • Support communication, escalation, and prioritization processes with customers
  • Plan a smooth flow of materials and information between departments
  • Liaise with suppliers or distribution partners to resolve shipping or delivery issues
  • Measure key performance indicators and set targets for material planning and order management
  • Handle professional complaints and enhance customer focus within the department
  • Manage ERP master data related to planning and order management

Your profile

  • Completed studies in logistics, business administration, or similar with a focus on production
  • Experience in supply chain management
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passion for process change and optimization, with a hands-on mentality and leadership skills
  • High affinity for data analysis
  • Ability to implement change and persevere in a challenging environment
  • Self-confidence with the ability to prioritize and communicate clearly with customers
