Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Process Optimization

  • Assess and enhance sales operations and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop structured sales processes that increase transparency and optimize team performance.
  • Implement pricing tools and standardized analyses to support sales negotiations.
  • Establish data-driven sales forecasting models integrating historical trends, market demand, and business intelligence.
  • Design real-time sales performance dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
  • Align sales, supply chain, and production planning for improved demand forecasting and inventory management.

Pricing Strategy & Revenue Optimization

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing models that adapt to market conditions and cost structures.
  • Define and execute value-based pricing strategies to drive profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct pricing elasticity and margin analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Lead competitive benchmarking efforts, analyzing industry pricing trends and customer purchasing behaviors.

Strategic Sales Planning & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with market expansion and business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities, including geographic expansion and industry diversification.
  • Work closely with marketing, R&D, and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
  • Lead key account management initiatives, fostering long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships.

Your Profile

3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategic Sales, Pricing, or Commercial Excellence, preferably within B2B industrial manufacturing, specialty chemicals, or coatings.

Strong expertise in pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and incentive program development.

Solid understanding of B2B sales models, key account management, and order fulfillment.

Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP CRM) and data analytics tools (Power BI).

Proven ability to drive commercial transformations and implement best-in-class sales methodologies.

Experience collaborating with finance, supply chain, marketing, and product teams.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Background in sales consulting is a plus.
