Job Description:

TELUS Digital AI is seeking AI Prompt Evaluators fluent in Swahili to support AI development on-site at our Essen office. The role involves refining speech technology applications by creating, editing, and evaluating prompts, developing conversation flows, and analyzing user feedback to improve AI systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Research, create, and edit short-form written prompts, ensuring factual accuracy and style adherence.
2. Develop conversation flows for smooth and logical user interactions.
3. Contribute to improving speech systems, including dialogues on various topics.
4. Analyze and evaluate content for correctness and compliance.
5. Generate and assess suggested prompts and responses.
6. Ensure tone aligns with target audience and brand voice.
