The position

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Customer Application Engineer to join our team, supporting the integration of our state-of-the-art automotive imaging radar technology into the next generation of vehicles. Our vision is to bring new and cutting-edge automotive radar sensor solutions, leveraging Mobileye’s assets and expertise in this field. You will be working on best-in-class Radar sensors that complement Mobileye’s end-to-end autonomous driving solution platform, in a dynamic and challenging environment with a talented team focused on cutting-edge mmWave Radar Technology.

What will your job look like?

• Provide technical support to key automotive customers on complex technical issues
• Work closely and collaborate with our R&D team to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with customers throughout the development cycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies to product integration and deployment
• Perform radar demonstrations to customers and escort customers in radar integrations
• Create technical collaterals: application notes, user guides, and product documentation
• Create variant solutions for customer issues and take proactive actions to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Design and integrate customer first-level analysis tools
• Support product evaluation processes with specific customers
• Report customer feedback and requests back to support managers, product groups, and R&D

All you need is:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or similar
• 2+ years of experience as an Application Engineer or Field Engineer
• Good technical understanding of complex multidisciplinary product systems
• Wide system integration view with high analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with different operating systems (Linux, Windows)
• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and ability to debug network issues
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with excellent English verbal and writing skills
• Strong sense of accountability and quality
• Familiarity with the Automotive industry is a high advantage
• Familiarity with RF products is an advantage
• Programming skills: MATLAB, Python are advantageous
