Job Summary:

We at Anklam Extrakt are looking for a motivated, passionate, and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our global team! The main task of this position is to achieve sales targets in Europe.

Job Description:
  • Develop a sales strategy for our target market in Europe and prepare the corresponding sales budget.
  • Build and maintain successful and long-term business relationships with key customers.
  • Establish business relationships with potential new customers.
  • Act as a central interface between customers, the internal sales team, and production.
  • Represent our company at national and international trade fairs.
  • Stay informed about the latest market trends and know our competitors.
  • Advise our customers and partners.
  • Develop new projects with customers and explore market opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Successfully completed commercial education or degree in business studies or natural sciences.
  • Several years of experience in sales.
  • Ability to present the company effectively.
  • Ability to plan and complete the sales process.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Business-fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • At least 2 years of industry experience in the dietary supplement, food, and/or pharmaceutical industry.
