As a member of our dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you will manage pre-litigation and civil and commercial litigation cases, including employment law, civil liability, insolvency law, shareholder disputes, and compulsory enforcement.
You will work in a structured, supportive environment that promotes professional growth, including coaching and mentoring junior team members, supervising trainees, and nurturing talent, while collaborating with experienced lawyers and contributing to innovative legal strategies.
We seek experienced associates with at least 5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation in Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg bar as “Avocat à la Cour”. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law in Luxembourg.
Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in German and Luxembourgish is a plus.
