Senior AI Consultant (f/m/d) - Bad Vilbel, Germany (DE)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Consultant to join our IT department at the STADA Group. This role combines business understanding, AI expertise, and project leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will identify and implement AI and Generative AI use cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with AI governance standards.

What you can expect

• Identify key business processes, pain points, and opportunities where (Gen)AI and automation can add value.
• Validate the technological feasibility of (Gen)AI use cases and develop comprehensive business cases.
• Manage and steer (Gen)AI projects by coordinating stakeholders, teams, and external suppliers.
• Maintain and prioritize a strategic (Gen)AI roadmap aligned with business impact and ROI.
• Define and implement metrics to measure ROI and track project progress, reporting insights to leadership.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations, including IP rights, EU AI Act, and internal governance frameworks.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools and solutions aligned with business needs.
• Promote internal awareness of AI initiatives through newsletters, presentations, and social media.
• Share AI success stories, best practices, and strategic insights to foster a data-driven, AI-enabled culture.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in digital transformation, with around 5 years in Data Science, Analytics, Automation, or AI.
• Strong consulting experience with deep expertise in AI technologies.
• Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex AI topics into business strategies.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
