  1. Customer Care: Develop and expand sustainable customer relationships in the engineering sector.
  2. New Customer Acquisition: Proactively contact new and existing customers in the region.
  3. Recruitment and Leadership: Collaborate with your recruitment colleagues to recruit and support our technical staff.
  4. Strategic Planning: Contribute to and actively implement company goals for regional business development.
  5. Administration: Independently handle inquiries, prepare customized offers, and conduct price and contract negotiations.
