Your Role

Your role at ZEISS Digital: You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Master Data Architecture and actively contribute to the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS. In this challenging function, you will help our business units establish technical solutions for Master Data standards and increase the quality level of Master Data in our MDG, ERP, CRM, and consuming systems. You will develop future solutions for Master Data with internal and external partners. You will support resolving data quality and technological problems with subject matter experts. You will be part of a central Master Data Governance Team, creating the foundation for a data-driven organization. You will drive Master Data Solutions in key group programs and work in cross-functional teams with ZEISS business units and digital partners.

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies, preferably in business informatics, information technology, or a technical education in informatics, paired with a passion for master data and data quality.

Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively between different stakeholder groups, from technology to business.

Good methodical, technical, and process-related knowledge of the SAP standard, with a good overview of the relevant SAP product portfolio.

Experience with developing master data or integration concepts in SAP MDG, SAP ERP (R3 / S4), CRM (SAP / Salesforce), or comparable systems is preferable.

Experience in developing MDM architectures and data flows across different systems.

Experience in reading and developing ABAP coding, SAP customizing, setting up interfaces, and monitoring data flows.

Fluent written and spoken German and English.
