Your opportunity

The Trade Marketing Specialist supports the business by maximizing potential through sales event activities, ensuring their success, results, and profitability. This position also offers the chance to collaborate with the TM team on various activities.

How you will contribute

1. Support the business by organizing sales events to achieve targets.
2. Manage and coordinate sales events.
3. Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
5. Handle all details related to customer participation and accommodation.

Trade Marketing Support

1. Assist the TM team with trade marketing activities and calendars related to KE brands or customers.
2. Support the launch of new collections with training and trade tools.
3. Monitor product distribution and facilitate cross-selling.

Business Partnership

1. Strengthen partnerships with sales teams, customers, and HQ.
2. Identify and create market opportunities.

Who you are

1. University degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering with excellent grades.
2. Over 1 year of experience in trade marketing and sales event organization.
3. Sales or field experience is a plus.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; skills in InDesign, Photoshop, graphic design, and SAP are advantageous.
5. Fluent in German and English; French skills are a plus.
6. Strong project management and analytical skills.
7. Problem-solving mindset.
8. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure.
