A leading company in the renewable energy sector is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to drive growth and manage customer relationships in South Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to negotiate effectively. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the company's success in the PV market.
1、Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
2、Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing customers
3、Align the annual sales target with customers and monitor performance month over month
4、Negotiate pricing and contract terms, manage credit lines, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
5、Achieve 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
6、Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow in accordance with established KPIs
7、Support marketing activities and communication efforts to enhance brand image
8、Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies
9、Collaborate actively with Head Office teams to receive support and provide feedback from the front line
10、Travel regularly to visit existing and potential clients within the region
