Support the Voith Group / Group Division Hydro as a:

• Responsible for ensuring installation packages of worldwide installation projects meet requirements and quality standards.
• Control calculations and assumptions from bids and ensure realistic field service practices.
• Adjust FMEA for specific projects and participate in design reviews.
• Provide feedback to the dispatch department on any disruptions that may occur.
• Assist with all technical and organizational site issues.
• Improve equipment designs and mitigate risks during installation and commissioning.

Your profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field. Several years of experience in the assembly, supervision, and/or commissioning of power plant components, ideally in hydropower.
• Experience in quality and risk management, and in dealing with assembly personnel and equipment, is a plus.
• An open-minded nature and a confident manner in dealing with customers, suppliers, and project participants, along with a high sense of responsibility.
• Very good English skills are required. Knowledge of German, Portuguese, and/or Spanish is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 20-30%) and participate in short-term construction site assignments.
