Responsibilities include:

  • Customer support & quotation preparation: creating appealing offers for B2B and B2C clients, supporting the sales manager via email, phone, and in person, handling customer inquiries in German and English, and maintaining customer and product data.
  • Reporting: assisting in the creation of reports and analyses on sales performance, and eventually preparing presentations, reports, and minutes for customer and key account meetings.
  • Project work: supporting the sales team in coordinating sales projects and ensuring their timely execution.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training.
  • First experience in sales support, customer service, or sales administration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision), and CRM systems.
  • Strong customer orientation, team spirit, initiative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in our products.
