The company is headquartered in China, and develops and produces both industrial and mobile robots for a wide range of applications. Their industrial robots are used in tasks like welding, assembly, handling, and more, while their mobile robots are used for material transport and logistics within industrial environments.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales of robot products in the European region. Combined with the company's overseas strategic goals, formulate marketing strategies and sales plans for the corresponding regions according to the differences in the national markets and product competition;
- Find market opportunities in the region, promote the development, follow-up and maintenance of target customers through multiple channels, establish good relationships with customers, visit customers regularly, explore potential customer needs, achieve sales targets, and expand market share;
- Responsible for the planning and supervision of brand marketing and market promotion activities in the region, make specific arrangements for the planning and implementation of exhibitions in the region, ensure the effective development of exhibitions, and continuously expand the company's brand influence.
- Responsible for order negotiation and contract signing, coordinating and handling problems in the sales process, reviewing various agreement documents and business contracts, and controlling bad debt risks;
Job requirements
College degree or above, majoring in marketing, business administration, international trade or science and engineering;Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in English to communicate with customers, and those who are proficient in second foreign languages such as German, Italian, French or Spanish are preferred;3-5 years of business, sales or marketing work experience, with a certain understanding of the region, and those who have certain channel resources in the fields of industrial products, automation, robots, etc. are preferred;Have strong market development capabilities and business negotiation skills, strong public relations awareness, strong professionalism, teamwork spirit and self-drive, good interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance;This position requires assignment to Germany and needs to adapt to frequent business trips.
