We are looking for a Solutions Architect (ProServ) to join our world-class Customer Experience (CX) team. Solutions Architects at Grafana Labs provide customers with specialized business and technical consultation, guiding them to achieve their objectives using Grafana.
What does this mean?
Our Solutions Architects need to be hands-on with technical expertise. They should understand the ecosystem of services our customers use and work closely with them to ensure success with Grafana. This includes understanding why Kubernetes is popular, how it relates to Prometheus, the difference between logs and metrics, and more.
The SA manages the onboarding and adoption lifecycle of Grafana products, delivering training, quick-starts, session cataloging, project and roadmap assurance, and specialized consulting for high-priority customers with complex needs. They support customers virtually or on-site, monitor ongoing support requests, and collaborate with product teams to suggest improvements.
Success in this role requires a love for hands-on work, command-line proficiency, customer engagement, project management, and technical delivery. Basic project management skills are also essential to monitor customer initiatives.
In Germany, the base salary range is €104,000 - €125,000, with actual compensation depending on experience and skills. Benefits include equity, bonuses, and other listed perks. Compensation may vary by country, and recruiters will discuss specifics during the application process.
